Dear Rachel, Farah and all the care staff

Thank you so much for looking after Brian and supporting us his family, we couldn’t have done this without you all.

Brian was always kept clean and tidy with his hair being cut and down to his toe nails being clipped. The home was always clean and never smelled. We were always kept informed which was so important to us. What was a great comfort to us was the fact that Brian had someone with him as he passed away.

You have made our journey so much easier as we were worried about leaving him in a strange environment but we needn’t have been.
